🔒 Confidential Data Transformation

Developers frequently convert sensitive customer records, financial ledgers, and database dumps between spreadsheet and application formats. This utility parses and serializes data entirely inside your browser's local JavaScript memory without sending a single byte across the internet.

About this tool

How to use it

  1. Choose your input source format (CSV, JSON, or XML) and target output format (JSON, CSV, SQL, or XML).
  2. Paste your raw data into the left input box or click any preset sample.
  3. If converting to SQL, optionally specify the target database table name.
  4. Inspect the real-time converted output in the right editor, then click 'Copy' or 'Download Output File'.

Why it matters

Data pipelines and web applications regularly exchange data across incompatible serialization formats. Manually writing regex scripts or uploading proprietary customer databases to insecure third-party web converters risks data leakage. An in-browser parser guarantees fast, confidential format conversion.

When to use it

Use this tool to import spreadsheets into PostgreSQL/MySQL database tables, parse API JSON payloads into Excel CSVs, or transform legacy XML feeds.

Good to know

Features an RFC-4180 compliant CSV parser with quote escaping, multi-line values, and DOMParser XML serialization. 100% offline browser memory execution.

Common questions

How are comma values handled in CSV columns?

Values containing commas or line breaks are automatically wrapped in RFC-4180 quotation marks (e.g. "City, State") to prevent column shifting.

Can I convert JSON directly into SQL INSERT statements?

Yes! Selecting SQL as the target output format automatically scans the JSON array keys to generate formatted `INSERT INTO table_name (col1, col2) VALUES (...)` statements with proper string and numeric escaping.

Is there a limit on how many rows I can convert?

Because processing happens directly in your browser's RAM, datasets with up to 25,000 rows convert smoothly in a few seconds on modern laptops.

Is my dataset stored or transmitted?

No. All conversions happen entirely client-side inside your browser sandbox. No records are ever uploaded to any server.
