About this tool

How to use it

1. Enter your Project Title and Director / Creator name, or choose one of the pre-built project templates (Commercial, Explainer, TikTok/Reel, or Blank).
2. Select your target aspect ratio (16:9 widescreen, 9:16 vertical, 4:3 classic, 1:1 square, or 2.39:1 anamorphic cinema) and frame overlay style (Rule of Thirds, Center Crosshair, or Clean).
3. Customize each shot card by choosing shot types (Wide Shot, Close-Up, POV, etc.), camera movement (Pan, Dolly, Tilt), shot duration in seconds, visual action, and audio/dialogue notes.
4. Click "+ Add Shot" to expand your sequence or delete shots as needed while monitoring live shot counts and total estimated runtime.
5. Click "Print / Save PDF" to generate a clean, printer-optimized production storyboard sheet or click "Export JSON" to save your project.
